Counselling is also classed as a "talking therapy". It is talking about a worry, concern, problem to a totally unbiased person in a neutral, calm environment.
And this is the service I will be offering.
I specialise in marriage counselling and relationship counselling, but have experience in all counselling areas listed at the side.
Prices are 30 euros for a 60 minute session.
Opening up about your feelings with another individual who does not know any of the people involved is sometimes all that it needs to clarify and make sense of a problem.
Counsellors are patient, non-judgemental people who listen, and encourage you to see things from different perspectives, in order to deal with a situation.
They are totally unbiased and will not tell you what to do,we do not solve your problems for you.
I have been trained to listen to my clients, and to help them to express, understand and gain acceptance of their feelings.

Note: The usual age for receiving counselling is 18, but I am experienced in the counselling of teenagers.
Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to begin counselling sessions must have written permission from a parent/guardian before we can proceed.
